  Direction

  1. Fraser Island is a four-hour drive north of Brisbane. Virgin Blue, and Qantas run daily direct flights to the Fraser Coast/Hervey Bay from Sydney and Brisbane. There are also daily coach and train transfers from Brisbane.
     
     Kingfisher Passenger and Vehicle Ferry has 4 services to the resort each day from River Heads and return. Guests are advised to arrive at our Mainland Reception to check-in 40 minutes prior to ferry departure time. The address of our reception office is: Shop 7/54 River Heads Village, River Heads Road,River Heads QLD 4655.

     Extra charges apply for passenger ferry transfers and/or vehicle ferry transfers. Not including in the hotel/ villa rates unless otherwise stated. NOTE: All guests booked on Ratestogo will be booked on passenger ferry transfers for a 3.30pm departure from River Heads. Pls call 1800 372737 to amend transfer bookings.

  Car Parking Facilities

  1. Conventional vehicles can be parked for an additional charge in the adjacent secure car park facility near Mainland Reception at River Heads. The facility is open from 08:00-18:30. Bookings are highly recommended and can be made directly on + 61 7 4194 9300 or 1800 072 555 (within Australia).
     
     Four wheel drive parking is available free of charge within the resort grounds.
